Offshore Baskets

Uniteam deliver a wide variety of baskets for usage offshore. The Cargo Carrying Units are certifies in accordance with DNV 2.7-1 /NS-EN 12079.

Standard pipe baskets are delivered in lengths for 3 meters and up.

Hatch baskets are delivered in 2m-, 3m- and 6m lengths.

Drum basket with 3.7m length.

Coflex basket is of the size L3500 x W2991 x H1226, rating 7100 kg.

Fat basket is of the size L3700 x W1630 x H1785, rating 6000 kg.

Screen basket is of the size L13430 x W1250 x H1480, rating 14300 kg

Surface treatment for a highly corrosive environment

Sand blasted SA 2.5 in accordance with ISO 8501-1

External:

• Hempadur Zink 1536 - 40 µm TFT
• Hempadur 1557 - 80 µm TFT
• Hempatex Hi-Build 4641, RAL 5010 - 80 µm TFT
• TOTAL - 200 µm TFT

Internal:
